It is the time for you to find out who will be representing you finding a home, which is an extremely important decision.  You need to find an agent that is in your best interest and can guide you in the right direction so you can close effortlessly on your new home or rental. In the past 16 years doing real estate we have been in many situations where a buyer selected an agent online to find out that person has no knowledge or interest in the area the buyer prefers to be and then contacted us to take over and help them. Many buyers are left on their own searching for their own properties with little or no guidance from the realtor selected online. It is very important that you as a buyer take your time researching an agent through various real estate websites and online testimonials to find out who can do the job for you and work hard for you until you find the right home. The real process of buying a home and the work of a real estate agent really begins when the contract is signed and then to the time you get to sign the closing statement and receive your keys.
